Cleaning Operative

We are currently seeking 1 enthusiastic cleaning operative to provide professional and quality services to a local gym. It is preferable for the candidate to have a minimum of 3 years experience in cleaning, leisure facility cleaning experience would be advantageous. Timekeeping and reliability are key to this role. We currently have two cleaners and are looking to bring a 3rd member to the team to assist with Deep cleans, cover, and one regular cleaning shift per week. Responsibilities to include vacuuming, mopping, changing bins, sanitising all areas to ensure that the gym is kept hygienic and well maintained. ( overtime and cover will be needed on top of this )

1 regular clean to be completed every Sunday ( midday for two hours )

one deep clean of 7 hours per week to be completed on the same day every week ( day can be flexible )

total - 9 hours per week

DBS checks and experience are advantageous however full training will be given on site as well as DBS checks completed. We require high quality candidates only to apply and attention to detail is essential. The environment is fast paced and hard working.
