Role Overview
One of our clients is seeking a skilled Control Systems Engineer to join their team. This position involves designing, programming, implementing, and commissioning automation and process control systems across a variety of industrial settings. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving complex control and instrumentation challenges.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop and program automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and DCS.

Write and maintain control documentation: narratives, cause & effect matrices, and functional specs.

Design control panels and instrumentation schematics, including P&IDs and wiring diagrams.

Lead commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting for new installations and upgrades.

Provide technical support and collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project managers.

Conduct field work as needed and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Mentor junior engineers or technicians on best practices and system design.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related discipline.

Hands-on experience with industrial control systems and instrumentation.

Proficiency in reading and developing technical documentation such as P&IDs and panel layouts.

Familiarity with major PLC platforms (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, GE).

Strong understanding of control system integration, networking, and troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

EIT or PE license

Programming experience with scripting or database tools (e.g., Python, SQL, JavaScript) preferred

Familiarity with SCADA system configuration and deployment.

Prior experience in industrial sectors such as power generation, data centers, utilities, or oil & gas.
