• Desired Experience:
• Ticket and project management to track and follow up on task.

• Experience managing, tracking, and updating projects/tickets.
• Highly communicative and collaborative with development teams, support, and DevOps team members
• Ability to follow process and ask clarifying questions.
• Must be able to create clear and concise documentation
• Multi task multiple projects/commit removals
