Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol retail premises to prevent theft and ensure safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude while assisting customers and staff.
• Write clear and concise incident reports as required.
• Follow instructions and protocols to handle unusual situations professionally.
• Maintain dress and grooming standards consistent with a professional appearance.

Requirements

• Must have retail security experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Current, valid state Guard Card (preferred).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
