Location Manager

Position Specifics

  • Executes the business plan and achieves financial performance, including sales, budgets and cost control, according to established goals for the location.
  • Ensures appropriate communication takes place within and across all departments the the store location.
  • Ensures the successful planning and execution of marketing activities and events.
  • Develops and maintains a positive relationship with customers.
  • Provides input to the hiring, development, evaluation and effectiveness of the management team and other employees within the store.
  • Manages on-going relationships with key John Deere personnel.

Education, Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • 5 or more years experience as a Parts, Service or Sales Manager.
  • Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
  • Knowledge of financial metrics, sales, parts, and service operations.
  • Solid analytical, business planning, problem solving, motivational and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner.
  • Degree in Agriculture/Business. or equivalent experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65, $85,000.00 per year
