Location Manager
Position Specifics
- Executes the business plan and achieves financial performance, including sales, budgets and cost control, according to established goals for the location.
- Ensures appropriate communication takes place within and across all departments the the store location.
- Ensures the successful planning and execution of marketing activities and events.
- Develops and maintains a positive relationship with customers.
- Provides input to the hiring, development, evaluation and effectiveness of the management team and other employees within the store.
- Manages on-going relationships with key John Deere personnel.
Education, Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
- 5 or more years experience as a Parts, Service or Sales Manager.
- Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
- Knowledge of financial metrics, sales, parts, and service operations.
- Solid analytical, business planning, problem solving, motivational and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner.
- Degree in Agriculture/Business. or equivalent experience required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65, $85,000.00 per year
