In this role, you will execute both basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on all Tesla products. Collaboration is key, as you will work with your team members to maximize repair efficiency and ensure exceptional product delivery, which includes vehicle cleaning and detailing. You will operate a variety of high-quality hand, power, and shop tools, and utilize a company-supplied laptop for diagnostics and online training. Accurate documentation of repairs is critical, as is the inspection and maintenance of shop equipment, with the responsibility to request replacements as necessary. Your feedback will be invaluable to Tesla's design and engineering teams, as you will provide insights that help enhance repair procedures and products. Responsibilities

• Execute both basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on all Tesla products.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize repair efficiency and ensure exceptional product delivery, including vehicle cleaning and detailing.
• Operate a variety of high-quality hand, power, and shop tools.
• Utilize a company supplied laptop for diagnostics and online training.
• Accurately document repairs and inspect and maintain shop equipment, requesting replacements as necessary.
• Provide direct feedback to Tesla's design and engineering teams to continuously enhance repair procedures and products.
• Maintain a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• EPA 609 Certification
• EPA Refrigeration Certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic command of the English language
• Valid driver's license
• Fundamental computer skills
