About the position
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are completed to keep the store organized and shoppable.
- Provide stellar customer engagement and create top-notch experiences for customers.
- Review store performance and drive sales to achieve goals.
- Act with integrity by adhering to company policies and seeking feedback for professional development.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, supporting teammates and assisting with training when needed.
- Make shoe recommendations to customers and ensure they leave with the perfect fit.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store.
- Demonstrates positive communication skills with store associates at all levels.
- Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
- Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
