Develop and implement a comprehensive people experience platform strategy that aligns with the company's overall HR objectives. Lead and manage a team responsible for the maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of all HR systems and tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve the overall employee experience. Ensure all HR systems are user-friendly, efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations. Oversee the integration and data flow between different HR systems to ensure seamless and accurate data transfer. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance and effectiveness of HR systems and make recommendations for improvements. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for HR systems to support employees and HR team members. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR systems and processes and make recommendations for implementation. Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services and solutions. Act as a subject matter expert on all HR systems and provide support and guidance to team members and employees. Lead and drive change management initiatives related to HR systems and processes. Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address any issues or concerns related to HR systems. Develop and monitor metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of HR systems on employee experience and overall HR objectives.
