At Sign Solutions, we specialize in custom signage, vinyl graphics, and installations. Based in Bozeman, we’re a creative and fast-paced shop that values quality, craftsmanship, and great customer service. We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team and support daily shop operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with production of signs, banners, vinyl graphics, and other custom projects
• Operate shop equipment (vinyl cutter, laminator, hand tools, power tools) – training provided
• Prepare materials, weed vinyl, apply graphics, and assemble signage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Help with packing, loading, and unloading materials and finished products
• Support installation team when needed

Qualifications:

• Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable using hand tools and following instructions
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks (up to 50 lbs)
• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Previous sign shop, print shop, or construction experience a plus but not required
