Microsoft is seeking an Escalation Engineer to join the Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization. This role focuses on delivering world-class support for Microsoft's Surface devices, offering flexibility for 100% remote work. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, be comfortable with Copilot, and contribute to customer and business needs improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field
  • 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
  • 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
