Walmart Account Specialist

We are seeking a Walmart Account Specialist to manage and grow our brand’s presence on Walmart.com and related marketplaces. The role involves handling end-to-end account management, including product listing, catalog optimization, PPC campaigns, promotions, analytics, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in managing Walmart Seller/Partner accounts and should be well-versed in marketplace policies, digital marketing, and e-commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Walmart Seller Center/Partner portal and ensure smooth operations of the account.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy in titles, descriptions, attributes, keywords, and categories.
  • Monitor and improve product rankings, visibility, and conversions through SEO, keyword optimization, and content enhancements.
  • Run and optimize Walmart PPC (Sponsored Ads) campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies, deals, and campaigns in line with seasonal trends and sales targets.
  • Track, analyze, and report account performance metrics including traffic, conversions, ROAS, and profitability.
  • Resolve listing errors, suppression issues, compliance alerts, and account health concerns.
  • Stay updated with Walmart marketplace policies, advertising trends, and algorithm changes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations, logistics) to ensure timely product launches, pricing updates, and stock management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance brand growth and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Walmart Account Specialist or in a similar role in e-commerce marketplace management.
  • Hands-on experience with Walmart Seller Center/Partner tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Walmart SEO, keyword research, and PPC campaign management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Helium10, JungleScout, DataHawk, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in handling Amazon or other marketplace accounts (preferred but not mandatory).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Walmart account management or e-commerce marketplace handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
